While the Buffalo News has held Buffalo Mayor Brown accountable for denying documents requested under the Freedom of Information Law, Evans Supervisor denies information which is commonly available in other towns via their web sites.

Here in the Town of Evans, Pordum not only deny these requests, he hired a lawyer to “advise” him it was OK to violate the Freedom of Information Law!

Pordum has NOT replied to letters appealing the denials as required by law.

1) The name of this lawyer hired.

2) The legal basis for his opinion.

3) How much he was paid?

4) An explanation of original FOILs were denied.
